DESCRIPTION:BACK COUNTRY HORSEMEN OF MONTANA 2022 STATE CONVENTION\nHosted by Three Rivers BCH\nDillon\, MT March 11-13\, 2022\n710 S Atlantic St\, Dillon\, MT 59725\nIn the UM Western Old Main Auditorium\, Parking on South Side \nPlease note: The location of the Nominating Committee meeting at 12:30 pm and the pre-Convention board meeting at 1:00 pm on Friday has changed to Room 218 of the Main Hall. \nUniversity of Montana Western Interactive Map \nAgenda Pre-Convention\n2022 Convention Agenda\nRaffle Poster\n2022 Convention Registration Form\nPhoto Contest Poster\nBCHMT Volunteer Hours for 2021\nBCHMT Wall of Honor 2021-2022 \nMeeting Schedule/Attendance: \n– Friday\, March 11\, 12:30 pm:  Senior Directors (longest in the current State Director position for their chapter) should plan to attend the nominating meeting on Friday\, March 11\, at 12:30 pm (just prior to the start of the pre‑convention Board of Directors meeting) in Room 218 of the Main Hall at the University of Montana Western campus\, 710 South Atlantic Street in Dillon.  Please contact Ralph Hopkins\, Nominating Chair\, at ralphh4758@gmail.com if you have any questions. \n– Friday\, March 11\, 1:00 pm:  The pre-convention Board of Directors meeting will be held Friday\, March 11\, at 1:00 pm in Room 218 of the Main Hall at the University of Montana Western campus\, 710 South Atlantic Street in Dillon.  State Directors should be at this meeting. \n– Saturday\, March 12\, 8:00 am:  All voting delegates are expected to attend all convention meetings (Saturday morning and afternoon and Sunday morning).  Convention meetings will be held in the Mathews Hall Lewis & Clark Room at the University of Montana Western campus\, 710 South Atlantic Street in Dillon. \nPlease note:  Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00 am on Sunday\, March 13\, so please move your clocks forward an hour Saturday night or you may miss out on some exciting Sunday morning activities! \n– Sunday\, March 13\, 8:45 am:  All voting delegates are expected to attend all convention meetings (Saturday morning and afternoon and Sunday morning).  Convention meetings will be held in the Mathews Hall Lewis & Clark Room at the University of Montana Western campus\, 710 South Atlantic Street in Dillon. \n– Sunday\, March 13\, 12:15 pm or so:  The post-convention State Board of Directors meeting will be held Sunday immediately following the conclusion of the convention\, estimated to start around 12:15 pm.  State Directors attend this meeting. \nMembers in good standing of any BCHMT chapter are welcome to attend the above meetings as guests\, even if they are not a State Director or delegate.  If you are not comfortable attending in person\, business meetings will be available via Zoom.  Further details will follow when available.  Please furnish the names of you and/or anyone in your chapter who will be attending as a delegate via Zoom to me as soon as possible.  It would also help me out a lot of folks could set up their Zoom profile\, so their name and chapter appear when they sign in.
