DESCRIPTION: This year’s convention will be hosted by the Last Chance Chapter at the Helena Civic Center.\nClick Here for Registration Link and Event Information! \n\n\n\n Agenda\nDocuments\nLive Auction Items\nAgenda for BCHMT Pre-Convention Board Meeting\, Convention\, Post-Convention Board Meeting\n\n\n\n  \n  \n  \n  \nMeeting Schedule/Attendance: \n–         Friday\, March 14\, 12:30 p.m. – Senior Directors (longest in the current State Director position for their chapter) should plan to attend the nominating committee meeting on Friday\, March 14\, at 12:30 p.m. (just prior to the start of the pre‑convention Board of Directors meeting) at the Helena Civic Center\, 340 Neill Avenue in Helena (Ballroom).  Please contact Sandy Himmel\, Nominating Committee Chair\, at sandyhimmelgf@gmail.com or 406-788-2618\, if you have any questions. \n–         Friday\, March 14\, 12:00 p.m. – The pre-convention Board of Directors meeting will be held Friday\, March 14\, at 1:00 p.m. at the Helena Civic Center\, 340 Neill Avenue in Helena (Ballroom).  All State Directors should attend this meeting. \n–         Saturday\, March 15\, 8:00 a.m. – All voting delegates are expected to attend all convention meetings (Saturday morning and afternoon and Sunday morning).  Convention meetings will be held at the Helena Civic Center\, 340 Neill Avenue in Helena (Ballroom). \n–         Sunday\, March 16\, 8:45 a.m. – All voting delegates are expected to attend all convention meetings (Saturday morning and afternoon and Sunday morning).  Convention meetings will be held at the Helena Civic Center\, 340 Neill Avenue in Helena (Ballroom). \n–         Sunday\, March 16\, ~12:00 p.m. – The post-convention State Board of Directors meeting will be held Sunday immediately following the conclusion of the convention\, estimated to start around 12:00 p.m.  State Directors will attend this meeting. \nMembers in good standing of any BCHMT chapter are welcome to attend the above meetings as guests\, even if they are not a State Director or delegate. \nGeneral Information: \n–         We are looking forward to seeing everyone in person this year\, so none of the meetings will be available via video conference.  It is time to come to attend the convention in person and support our hosting chapter\, Last Chance. \n–         If you plan to attend the Presidents’ and Vice Presidents’ breakfast on Sunday\, please be sure to purchase your meal ticket when registering. \n–         No resolutions were received by the BCHMT Resolutions Committee to be considered at the convention. \n–         Submissions for the Wall of Honor are due by March 1 to Sherri Lionberger\, lionsden01@mt.net.  Please include the name\, chapter\, a picture\, and a paragraph of any members who have passed since the last convention so we may honor their memory. \nQuestions? \nIf there are any questions we can help with\, contact me at bchmt406@gmail.com or State Chair Mack Long at alpenglowranch.mack@gmail.com.  There will be more emails to distribute the Treasurer’s report\, and anything else needed to keep you updated.  Please let me know if you think of anything else. \nRegistration questions should be directed to the Last Chance chapter\, lastchancebch@gmail.com.
